With an illustrious career spanning over 32 years at BPCL, he has led many leaderships positions including Retail Marketing Regional Head, Lubricants Marketing Head, Lubricants Supply Chain Head and has versatile experience of working in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Brand, Channel Management, CNG & PNG Business, Supply Chain Management and currently heading Human Resources Development in BPCL as Executive Director.

• He has been instrumental in Digital Transformation across Lubricants Value Chain, Conceptualization and implementation of QR Code based Digital intervention.
• He has been a Key Driver of Designing of a State of the Art, fully automated Lubes Blending Plant in construction stage now.
• He has keen interest in Customer Channel Engagement Programs and has given many such illustrations in Retail and Lubricants across country.
• Mr. Pushp Kumar Nayar is also Chairman and Director on the Board of Central UP Gas Limited.
