Vicente Pinto is the Counsellor for Investment Affairs at the Embassy of Chile to Japan since 2017. He previously served as Counsellor for Agriculture & Fishery Affairs, also for the Embassy of Chile to Japan from 2010 - 2014.

He received his degree as an Agronomy Engineer (Universidad De Chile) and an MBA (Universidad Austral De Chile). His previous expertise is in executive direction for foreign trade & investment companies, international and local, public and private organizations.

During the last 6 years he has been focused on the development of green Hydrogen Industry and its derivatives (NH3, Methanol, LOHC) participating in several regional conferences and congresses presenting Chile´s double role in the Global Energy Transformation: assuring stable supply on the value chain reducing emmissions.
