Geetali has 24 years of working experience in different capacities in standalone refinery at Numaligarh, Assam. Demonstrated experience in Quality control, Process technology, power & Utilities, Production planning, Energy & Environment management system, Refinery performance benchmarking; Renewables and Alternative energy and currently heading ESG.

Geetali lead in bringing many awards/accolades for the company like lowest carbon emission refinery amongst PSU, refinery performance improvement award, appreciation for energy efficiency best practices by ministry bodies; part of many new encon initiatives, modification for improvement & best practices in the refinery.

Applicant participated in many technical conference presenting papers both in national and international forum like RPTMs, Energise, Inspire-AEEE, IOGCA'20/21, ICCF'21/22, RPW'20/21 , FEA'22 ,WUC '23 and WPC'2023
